Nairobi arrival and reaching Amboseli You will arrive at the Nairobi International Airport, where our representative will pick you up. You will go directly to the Amboseli National Park. It will be a 4.5-hour drive. By early afternoon, you will reach Amboseli and settle down in a camp/lodge. After lunch, you will head for your first-afternoon safari. By 7, you will return to the camp. In the evening, you will relax and sleep with dreams of the flora and fauna you spotted today. Safari in Amboseli You start early today, as you will leave for the early morning safari in the Amboseli. You will have packed breakfast and lunch with you, as today you will do a full-day safari without any interruptions. The Amboseli National Park, with the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, looks absolutely surreal and majestic. Amboseli National Park is known as the “land of giants”. The park is famous for being the best place in the world to get close to free-ranging Elephants. In the evening, you'll return to the camp and rest to relieve the tiredness and fatigue of the day. Reaching Elementaita via Lake Naivasha On day 3, after a hearty breakfast at the camp, you will head to Lake Naivasha. There, you will go on a boat safari. Lake Naivasha is a rich biodiversity hotspot and a beautiful bird-watching destination. The lake has a large Hippo population and exotic birds like African Fish Eagles, Flamingos, etc. Lake Naivasha also has a significant population of Giraffes, Buffalos, Zebras, Gazelles, etc. Following that, you'll head towards Lake Elementaita, a journey that will last approximately an hour. Upon arrival, you'll check into a lodge to unwind and savour the evening. Later, you'll have dinner, and then you will go for some rest. Safari at Nakuru On day 4, you will start early with a drive to Lake Nakuru. You will carry a packed breakfast and a packed lunch with you so that you can take maximum advantage of your stay. You will watch the sunrise when the soft light glitters up the whole environment of the park. After a day full of adventure, you will end your day watching the sunset settle the ecosystem in its place. Lake Nakuru National Park is full of birds, including pink Flamingos that add vibrant colour and are a delight to the eyes. On the shores, you can spot Giraffes, white Rhinos, Lions, etc., quenching their thirst. The park has a vast population of Black Rhinos as well. Your visit to the park will surely be a feast for the eyes. By 7 p.m., you will come back to the lodge and get a good night's sleep, dreaming of the wildlife you spotted during the day. Nakuru to Maasai Mara On day 5, after breakfast, you will leave for the Maasai Mara. The drive will take around 5 hours. You will reach the Maasai Mara National Reserve by noon. After a filling lunch, you go for an afternoon game drive around 3 p.m. The Maasai Mara is known as the mother of all wildlife parks. It is the ideal place to see the African big five, namely the Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo, Leopard, and Lion. It is also famous for its annual migration, known as the "Great Migration." The place will provide incredible African wildlife sightings, including various bird species. In the evening, you come back to the camp and rest for the night.
