Day 1 |
Arrival at Entebbe After having a pleasant flight, you will arrive in Entebbe where our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. The guide will wait for you under the canopy tents after you pass through the immigration area and walk towards the courtyard. After arriving and checking-in your hotel, you can relax for the rest of the day, or you can go out and explore Entebbe with your guide.

Day 2 |
Uganda On the second morning of your Uganda gorilla tours, we will transfer you to Entebbe Airport for your light aircraft flight to Kasese Airstrip lying near the Kibale Forest National Park. Your private driver/guide and a 4x4vehicle will wait for you to transfer you to your lodge. You can also drive down to Kibale National Park, but you need to leave early morning with packed breakfast. After reaching Kibale, you will go on a Bigodi swamp walk in the afternoon.
The Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary is a beautiful area located in the Magombe swamp. It is famous for different species of primates like the baboon, red colobus monkey, black & white colobus monkey, mangabey, L’Hoest monkey, and many others. Also considered to be a paradise for bird watchers, the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary is blessed with around 138 species of birds. |
Day 3 |
Entebbe to Kibale After having an early breakfast, you will proceed towards exploring the Kibale Forest National Park. Renowned for the highest concentration and variety of primates in East Africa, the Kibale Forest National Park is the ideal place to spot chimpanzees and gorillas.
After arriving at the visitor center of the national park, you will be briefed by the rangers before you head out for tracking chimpanzees. Chimpanzees are one of the most threatened primate species and they are man’s closest cousins. Inside the national park, you will spot like the Black and white Colobus monkeys, L’Hoest Monkeys, Grey-cheeked Mangabey, Red-tailed monkeys, bushbabies, pottos, etc. The park houses various bird species including the yellow-spotted nicator, rumped tinkerbird, Little greenbul, green breasted pitta, the crowned eagle, black bee-eater, etc. Apart from that, you will spot Elephants during your walk inside the park.
Later in the morning, you will leave the park and proceed southwards towards the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. On your drive, you will pass through the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park in hopes of spotting tree-climbing lions. After arriving, you can relax and prepare for your first gorilla tracking experience the next morning. |
Day 4 |
Chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest national park On the fourth day of your Uganda gorilla tours, you proceed for a gorilla tracking expedition. After arriving, you will be briefed at the headquarters before setting off into the forests. Having a worldwide population of just 1,000, Bwindi's mountain gorillas are scattered all over the forest, and therefore, the time taken to track them varies from two to eight hours. After spotting the gorillas, you will get a maximum time of one hour with them. This is a memorable experience as it brings out a bond between you and the gorillas just after one glance. Tracking the mountain gorillas is an adventure in itself and you also get to see scenic views of nature inside the forest. After spending an hour with the gorillas, you will return to your lodge. |
Day 5 |
Gorilla tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest Today morning you will be transferred to the airstrip for your light aircraft flight back to Entebbe. On arrival at Entebbe, you will be assisted to your onward international flight to Tanzania (Kilimanjaro International Airport) with pleasant memories of Uganda. As you land in Kilimanjaro and step out of the airport post immigration formalities, you will be met by our local representative and driven down to Arusha where you will stay overnight. |
Day 6 |
Bwindi to Entebbe to Kilimanjaro After having an early breakfast at 6 AM at your hotel, you will drive downwards to reach Lake Manyara. After reaching Lake Manyara, you will enjoy your game drive and have lunch inside the park. Before sunset, you will step out and drive downwards towards Karatu that lies on the outskirts of the Ngorongoro conservation area. After reaching, you can check in to your resort and rest for the evening.

Day 7 |
Arusha to Lake Manyara to Ngorongoro You will ride out of the hotel before sunrise, carry packed breakfast and lunch, and proceed towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. After reaching the entrance to the crater, you will explore the crater for a whole day. Being a stunning setting, the Ngorongoro Crater is one of the best places in Tanzania for spotting the Big Five. Being one of the world's most renowned natural wonders, the experience of visiting the crater can be overwhelming for first-time visitors. You will come out of the crater by early evening so that you can reach the hotel before it's dark. After reaching your hotel, you can relax in the evening. |
Day 8 |
Ngorongoro crater After having a delicious breakfast on day eight of your Uganda Trips, you will check-out from your hotel, and drive towards Central Serengeti. On your way, you will pass through the Ndutu region and enjoy a game drive around the region. Being Tanzania’s oldest and most iconic reserve, Serengeti National Park tops the bucket list of any wildlife lover. The Serengeti National Park houses the highest concentration of large mammals on earth, that include Africa’s Big Five. It is also home to more than 500 unique species of birds. After reaching Seronera, you can check in to your hotel and have a relaxed lunch. However, your schedule can get delayed if you come across some interesting game experiences. After having lunch, you can rest and then leave for your afternoon drive. After your drive, you will come back by sunset, relax overnight at your resort. |
Day 9 |
Serengeti (Seronara region) After having an early breakfast, you will proceed towards exploring the Seronera region. Being the heart of Serengeti, it is very famous for its tree-climbing lions. You will come back to your hotel by lunchtime. After having lunch, you will relax for a while, and then step out for your afternoon game drive. After completing your afternoon game drive, you will come back by early evening and relax. |
Day 10 |
Serengeti (Seronera region) On day ten, you will travel to Northern Serengeti and explore the unexplored wilderness, stunning landscapes, and abundant wildlife of the region. Famous for its annual migration, the highlight of this area is the massive herds of migratory wildebeest and zebras that cross the area. The North Serengeti region also supports abundant resident wildlife including lion, elephant, hippo, giraffe, crocodile, and the rare oribi antelope.
After completing the morning game drive and breakfast, you will check out from your camp and drive down towards North Serengeti and check in to your camp. After lunch, you will begin your afternoon game drive, come back by late evening, and rest overnight at your camp.

Day 11 |
North Serengeti You will begin your eleventh day by doing a day-long game drive in Northern Serengeti. You will leave for the game drive with packed breakfast and picnic lunch. After enjoying the game drive, you will come back in the evening and rest overnight at the camp. |
Day 12 |
North Serengeti On this day wake up late and post breakfast, proceed to Zanzibar by flight. If you wish you can do another round of morning game drives. Check out of your hotel by 10 and you will be transferred to the Kogatende airstrip for your flight to Zanzibar. After arriving at Zanzibar Airport, our representative will welcome you and transfer you to your beach resort. You can relax for the rest of the day.
Zanzibar is one of the most favorite beach destinations, and has pristine white sand beaches that are a sight to behold. Apart from the beaches, Zanzibar is also loved by travelers because of its historical significance. The world-famous Stone Town is a historic trade center that has a Swahili and Islamic cultural confluence. The winding lanes and minarets in Zanzibar take you back by several centuries and make you experience the historical aspect of the city. |
Days 13 - 14 |
North Serengeti to Zanzibar You will spend two relaxing days exploring Zanzibar.
After having breakfast, you will relax along the white sandy beach that spreads for miles. You will also get to visit Stone Town and various other attractions like the Rock restaurant, Prison island, spice markets, etc. If you are a sports enthusiast, you can indulge watersports or various other activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, waterskiing, windsurfing, dhow cruise, etc. You will spend your evening at your resort, where you will enjoy musical evenings with local musicians that indigenous instruments. |
Day 15 |
Zanzibar After breakfast, your guide will transfer you to the international airport for your flight back home. Your safari will end here, and you can take back pleasant memories of East- African wildlife and beach holiday. |
