The most signature wildlife of Uganda is the mountain gorilla, and you spend a day trekking the Bwindi Impenetrable forest to look for them. It is also a special experience to do the river Nile rafting, which will surely spike your adrenaline. Untether yourself from the materialistic world and dive into the natural splendor of Uganda. Ride on a cruise through the mighty River Nile and explore its source in the midst of Jinja. Day 1 |
Arrival at Entebbe International Airport On your arrival into Entebbe you will be met by our representative and drive down to Jinja It will be a 2.5 hour drive and you will be transferred to your hotel in Jinja. Your lunch will be on the way. Should you wish and time permitting, you can also do birding or zip-lining at the Mabira forest, on your way to Jinja. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Overnight at Hotel. Meals – Dinner

Day 2 |
Jinja Post breakfast step out for a tour of Jinja. One can proceed to Sezibwa Falls Cultural Heritage Site. The site will give you a closer look at the ancient African culture of the place as you are surrounded by waterfalls. Trek to the Mabira rainforest and wander in the jungle as you spot monkeys and other animals and birds of the region(in case you haven't done it on your way to Jinja). The most famous activity that is available in Jinja is to get on a boat ride to find the source of the gift of the desert, the great River Nile. Up for a challenge? Take on white water rafting, river Nile rafting, and kayaking and you watch the sunset on the cruise through River Nile. |
Day 3 |
Jinja to Murchison falls and Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary The Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary lies on the route of Jinja to Murchison Falls. The place offers you to trek into the domain of rhinos and watch the mighty beasts roam around their natural habitat. The Sanctuary also boasts diversity in birds and is home to birds like shoebill stork, red-necked falcons, brown parrot, and dozens of other species. If you are lucky, you may even spot the rare white rhinos. After this experience, we will move on to Murchison Falls National Park, one of the prime locations included in holidays to Uganda. Watch the great Nile fall from a height of 80 meters while making a thunderous sound that will fill your ears. You can even hike up to the waterfall and have the aerial view of the Devil's Cauldron and the whole Murchison National Park.

Day 4 |
Murchison Falls Wake up early to get a chance to go a game drive as the sun rays start to touch the surface of the earth. Early morning is one of the best times to get a glimpse of even the most elusive of animals. One can watch sitatunga, lions, leopards, bushbuck warthog, hyenas, hippos, and even a variety of birds flocking at the banks of river Nile. After lunch, set out on a cruise through the serene Victoria Nile as you watch the crocodiles and hippos lounging in the waters of the river. The cruise will take you very close to the Devil's Cauldron from where you can watch the tremendous Murchison Falls overhead. The sound of the waterfall will astound you. |
Day 5 |
Murchison Falls to Queen Elizabeth National Park The park has a Kasenyi track that gives you a wonderful opportunity to get a close look at the wildlife without disturbing them. To watch animals such as lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes in their most natural and untamed form is a jarring and exciting experience.

Day 6 |
Queen Elizabeth National Park and Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise Dividing the Queen Elizabeth National Park and Kaziranga National Park is the Valley of Apes. The Kyambura Gorge, or as it is popularly known as, Valley of Apes, is a gorge formed when the River Kyambura drained. The valley is home to primates and is popular among guests. One can go for a walk through the gorges, with the guidance of experts, to get a glimpse at the chimpanzee population that, though numbered, resides here. After the walk through the gorge and lunch, process to a boat cruise through Kazinga Channel. This cruise provides the best view of the forest covering it and the wildlife that resides here. The wildlife can be seen lounging and drinking at the banks of the river Nile. One can also spot the great crocodiles and birds that populate the area. Day 7 |
Kalinzu Forest Chimpanzee Trek Spend the day getting to know your cousins. One can spot many chimpanzees in the Kalinzu forest and interact with them, with our experts helping you. One gets shocked at the intelligence of these simple beings who though look like a wild animal are the closest beings to humans on earth.

Day 8 |
Gorilla tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest The penultimate day of your holidays to Uganda is spent with another distant cousin of humans, the mighty gorillas. There are families of gorillas residing in the forest. You will trek on foot to track these mighty beings. One gets an hour to spend with the family of gorillas. Experience the plain intelligence behind those wild eyes and acknowledge the fact that you share almost the same genome. The experience is enlightening and exciting. Filled with memories that cannot be explained in words. |
Day 9 |
Bwindi to Entebbe You will be assisted to get on your way to Entebbe, through road or flight, as the situation allows. Once you reach Entebbe, you will depart for your next destination.
