ITINERARY - 11 Days
Day 1

Arrival at Kilimanjaro

On your arrival at Kilimanjaro airport, our driver will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel at Arusha.

You can check-in and relax as you will spend the night at Arusha.

Day 2

Safaris at Lake Manyara

After having early breakfast at the hotel, we will drive you down to Lake Manyara. Lake Manyara is one of the most biodiverse areas in the East African safari as it has 11 ecosystems that range from savannah to marsh to evergreen forest. It is also a very popular spot to see the tree-climbing lions. You can enjoy your game drive at Lake Manyara, and then have lunch inside the park. Before sunset, we will drive you down to Karatu, located on the outskirts of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon arrival, you can check in to your resort and rest for the evening.

Day 3

Drive to Ngorongoro

Before sunrise, you will drive out of your hotel and head towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with packed breakfast and lunch. After reaching the entrance to the crater, you will descend into the crater for a whole day tour. Being breathtakingly beautiful, the Ngorongoro Crater is one of the best places in Tanzania to see the Big Five. It is one of the world's most renowned natural wonders. We will head you back to your hotel before it's dark so that you can relax in the evening.

Day 4

Drive to Seronera

After having a hearty breakfast and checking-out from your hotel, we will drive you down to the Seronera or Central Serengeti by passing through the Ndutu region, where you can enjoy a game drive. The Seronera River Valley, also known as the Big Cat Capital of Africa, is an excellent place to spot lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Apart from that, you also get to spot elephants, crocodiles, hippos, and many other distinct wildlife animals.

 

After reaching Seronera, you will check-in to your hotel and have a relaxed lunch. Post lunch, you can rest for a while and leave for your afternoon drive. You will come back by sunset and relax for the evening, and spend the night at your resort.

Day 5

Serengeti (Seronara region)

On the fifth day, you will explore North Serengeti near the Mara River. The North Serengeti is a stunning region with gorgeous landscapes of granite outcrops, green rolling hills, and acacia woodlands. Apart from that, you will also spot unique wildlife like herds of wildebeest, zebras, lions, hyenas, and much more.

 

You will leave early with a packed breakfast and picnic lunch to see the spectacular sunrise and a plethora of animals as the backdrop. After clicking the most stunning pictures, you will back to your hotel by sunset and relax for the evening.

Day 6

Serengeti (Seronera region)

You can enjoy a calming hot balloon safari followed by a champagne breakfast on the sixth day. To reach the balloon take-off point, you need to wake up early and reach there by 5 am. After breakfast, you will come back to the hotel and rest. If you do not have an interest in the balloon safari, you can explore the areas in the Masai mara Serengeti Ngorongoro safari.

Post lunch, you will step out for your last afternoon game drive in Serengeti and Come back by early evening.

Day 7

Serengeti (Seronera region)

On the seventh day, you will take the longest drive of the tour as you cross into Masai Mara, in Kenya through the Isebania border. After leaving early morning, our Kenya team will receive you at the border and finish all the immigration formalities. We will also include a picnic hamper in your vehicle so that you do not feel hungry during the long drive. You also have the option of taking a flight from Serengeti to Masai Mara for saving time and having a comfortable journey. If you choose to take a flight, you should do a safari till late morning and check out thereafter for transfer to the airstrip. You will land near the border and post immigration will get on to another flight across the border to Masai Mara.

After having lunch upon reaching your hotel, you will leave for your late afternoon game drive and come back by sunset and rest.

Day 8

Serengeti to Masai Mara

Lying amongst the most famous wildlife parks on the planet, Masai Mara is considered the Mother of all National Parks. It has the highest densities of fauna like big cats, antelopes, hippos, elephants, zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, and many more. Big cats like lions and leopards are most active during the early mornings and it will be best if you see them during that time. Be it preparing for a hunt or relishing a well-earned meal or even playing with the cubs, you should not miss out on experiencing any sight! Masai Mara is also home to over 450 species of birds like the crown crane, kori bustard, southern ground hornbill, secretary bird, etc.

Day 9-10

Safaris at Masai Mara

Your three days will include experiencing the spectacular sunrises followed by the stunning sunsets. You will spend most of your time on game drives in different areas to experience the rich flora and fauna. We will also organize for breakfast by the hippo pool and a bush lunch amidst the vast savannas. There will be a sundowner experience, and on the last night at Marathere will be a special bush dinner with Maasai dances.

Day 11

Departure

You can wake up late on your last day and after having breakfast, we will proceed you to Nairobi via a flight.

Our representatives will meet you at Nairobi Wilson airport, and transfer you to Jomo Kenyata International airport for your flight back home with pleasant memories of East African Safari wildlife experience.
