When to come — honestly

A dry-season wildlife road.

July – October
Best
The dry season — wildlife concentrates and the road is passable throughout.
April – June
Good
The drying wetland, lush and bird-rich.
November – March
Good
The wet season — flooded and green, harder going by road.
The road is best and most passable in the dry season; in the wet season much of the Pantanal floods.
