This policy explains how Wild Voyager looks after the personal information you share with us when you enquire, book or travel, or simply browse wildvoyager.com. The data controller is Wild Voyager Pvt Ltd (New Delhi, India), together with our group offices, Wild Voyager LLC (United States) and Wild Voyager Ltd (Kenya).
When you enquire or book, you give us details such as your name, email, phone number, country and travel preferences. To make travel arrangements we may also need passport or identity details, dates of birth, dietary or medical notes relevant to your trip, and the names of others travelling with you.
When you pay, the transaction is handled by our payment providers; we receive confirmation of payment but never see or store your full card details.
When you use the site, we collect some information automatically — your browser and device type, IP address and pages viewed — through cookies and analytics tools, to understand how the site is used and to keep it working.
We use your information to plan and deliver your journey, to prepare proposals and respond to your enquiries, to process payments, to keep you informed before and during travel, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
With your consent, we may also send you occasional updates about journeys, destinations and offers. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by writing to us.
To arrange your trip we share what’s necessary with the suppliers delivering it — for example hotels and camps, local guides and ground operators, airlines, and travel-insurance providers. We share only what each supplier needs.
We use trusted third-party payment processors (PayPal, Stripe and Razorpay) to handle payments, and reputable service providers for things like email and website analytics. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.
Because we operate across India, the United States and Kenya, and arrange travel worldwide, your information may be processed in countries other than your own — including by suppliers in your destination. Wherever it goes, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected to the standard described here.
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies, including tag and analytics tools, to run the site and understand how it’s used. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how some parts of the site work.
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above — to deliver your journey, to honour warranties and obligations, and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements — after which we delete or anonymise it.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop sending you marketing. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local data-protection law. To make a request, write to us using the details below and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is perfectly secure, so if you ever suspect a problem with your account or data, please tell us straight away so we can act.
Our services are intended for adults, and you must be at least 18 to book with us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children except as part of a family booking made by a responsible adult.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always appears on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
